AQUA CLEAN

High-Performance Cleaning Solutions for the Aerospace Industry

Tunnel cleaning system

AQUA CLEAN manufactures industrial cleaning systems in the aerospace, automotive, engineering, metalworking and railway industries.

Our client-base includes Aeroflot, Agusta Westland, Airbus, Emirates, Finnair, Lufthansa and SAS.

High-quality washing solutions for aerospace components

The AQUA CLEAN AVIATION-series features solutions for the aerospace industry, which are used in production and MRO workshops to clean engine components and wheels.

Our hot wash systems use a mixture of water and alkaline-based detergent, which is applied onto components via a rotating spray system with built-in nozzles. This process removes dirt and grease efficiently and effectively.

The blend of a high-flow, high-spray pressure and the appropriate temperature enhances the mechanical degreasing effect of the water-based solution. The high temperature also reduces the drying time of the components after the wash cycle. Our process is based on a closed-loop system, minimising the environmental impact.

The alkaline wash solution is re-circulated, cleaned and filtered between cycles, enabling users to use the same liquid for longer, while saving time and money.

Aqueous washing systems

AQUA CLEAN offers two series of aqueous washing solutions, so users can clean components without the need to rinse.

The AQUA CLEAN COMPACT-series is for cleaning small and medium-sized components in maintenance environments, while the AQUA CLEAN SINGLE-series is designed to clean medium and large-sized components, typically in a production environment with a higher degree of automation needs.

Cleaning and rinsing solutions for multi-stage industrial environments

The AQUA CLEAN MULTI-series is for washing and rinsing of medium and large-sized components, where cleanliness standards require both washing and rinsing.

The range is also suitable for environments that implement processes requiring a multi-stage process such as iron phosphating.

Washing solutions for complex aviation components

The AQUA CLEAN HIGH FLOW-series is for washing parts in bulk and components with complicated geometry. The cleaning process can be performed with or without rinsing.

Featuring a rotating basket for cleaning, the HIGH FLOW series is mainly used in production environments as a final process where there is a high-cleanliness requirement.

Available special features include ultrasonic cleaning, vacuum drying and transporter systems.

Customised washing systems for aerospace production facilities

The AQUA CLEAN Special systems are made according to customers' specific needs and requirements, in terms of dimensions, capacity and functionality. It can range from a modified version of a standard machine, or a completely bespoke solution depending on your needs.

Continuous tunnel cleaning systems

AQUA CLEAN offers tunnel cleaning solutions with a high-throughput capacity and integration into your production process.

There are several models that are suitable for a wide range of conveyor widths and speed requirements. Additional functions for rinsing, drying and cooling are available.

Cleaning solutions for urban rail depots

The AQUA CLEAN Rail range offers cleaning systems for bogies, wheelsets, engines and filters for the railway industry, including metro, train and tram workshops.

We have delivered systems to workshops in Europe, Middle East, Africa and the Far East.

Our customers include EuroMaint, SweMaint, TMB Barcelona, Metropolitana de Lisboa, Lucchini, Dubai Metro, Doha Metro Qatar, SBS Transit, Singapore and Bangkok Metro.
