Engine maintenance customer-service program

All CD Aviation Services customers are enrolled in our SilverSky Customer Service Program, allowing real-time event status updates and information available at any time of the day or night through a personal and secure log in. We designed this program to ensure that our customers are able to stay involved and up to date on their engine event, anytime, from anywhere, giving them a sense of security and confidence during the time their engine is at our facility.

Other added value programs include FAA / IA Approved TPE331 Engine Maintenance Training,
TFE731 on-site 1500 hour Periodic Inspections with all kits provided (this service is free to MSP-Gold Customers, learn more by contacting a CD Aviation Services Program Manager), special TPE331 HSI pricing and many other special testing’s, services, capabilities and support programs. We have also recently introduced our Corporate P3 Program. This program focuses on our mission to Provide, Prolong and Protect your engine.

Certified aerospace engine maintenance technicians

CD Aviation Services participates in many continual improvement and internal training programs, having just earned the FAA Diamond Award for the 3rd consecutive year (2007, 2008 and 2009). The certified maintenance technicians participate in training on a regular basis to ensure superior safety and the most up to date practices and procedures regarding your engine event.

Non-destructive testing

The United States and Canada facilities offer full test cell capabilities and non-Destructive Testing, as well as hangar space for all customers. CD Aviation Services offers Pre HSI Inspections on – site at no cost, complete AOG and Spares support and APU upgrades. Other capabilities include field service, trouble shooting, overhaul, removal and reinstallation, engine sales and leasing, HSI, GBI, CAM inspection and more.
