Maintenance shelters for aircraft and equipment
The Shasta Shelter® FTS100 is a relocatable solution for aircraft storage and maintenance. It is not always practical to build such a facility, but the FTS100 can be moved anywhere without needing any foundations. The structure goes wherever you need it.
The Shasta Shelter® aluminum alloy beam profile has been engineered to ensure that it provides substantial volume without the need for any columns or supports inside. Flexibility is provided by gable-end options and full-width doors. There is enough room inside to easily move around anything required such as aircraft, cargo or machinery.
All units are mould-resistant and non-corrosive. Dimensions can be customised to meet specific demands, with widths ranging from 20ft-200ft.
Shasta Shelters® can be easily installed on a number of services, including concrete, grass, dirt and asphalt.
The kits are pre-engineered, meaning no welding or fabrication is required for the frame on-site during installation.
Relocatable fabric shelters and warehouses
Structure can be easily relocated, disassembled and mostly reused without any additional work.
Construction is simple, with most of the beams connected by a snap button. Beams can be moved into position by hand, without using any heavy machinery. This means that operations can begin promptly.
Fabric is kept taught through our patented Purlin design, while a kedar system integrates the fabric into the structure of the frame.

Aircraft are easy to move in and out from either side through the dual full-width doors. No foundations are required and the lightweight units are packed and shipped in 40ft ISO containers, making it simple for airfields to be built anywhere worldwide.
Removable spaces for personnel and offices
For offices, dining facilities and classrooms are the Shasta Shelter® series FTS20 is the solution. The shelters are temporary, but rugged enough to withstand the most adverse environments.
They are available in a range of dimensions, accommodating specific sizes and are not restricted by foundations.
Movable warehousing and storage shelters
Extra room for storage is frequently needed and the Shasta Shelter® FTS50 can provide this whenever required. It can be erected within a matter of hours without the need for heavy equipment, and placed wherever it is needed because it has no foundations. When it has served its purpose, it can be packed up and stored until it is required again.
