Dallas Centerline - Aircraft Wheel Assembly

Dallas Centerline Wheel and Brake assemble and service all kinds of aircraft wheels, including for corporate, military, commercial and regional aircraft. With input from the airline, we are able to establish a Cost Per Landing (CPL) pricing program to meet the specific requirements of each customer. We offer a swift turn-time, with three to five days as standard. Wheel overhauls run over ten working days, although turn-times can be customized to meet the customer's needs.

Dallas Centerline can be your single-source wheel and brake repair facility. Our repair shop makes and services all models of Goodyear, B F Goodrich and Honeywell components. As a FAA and EASA certified repair station, all of our employees are certified in their field. We are dedicated to assuring customer satisfaction from the smallest privately owned single-engine aircraft, through corporate and up to the largest of commercial and military aircraft.

AIRCRAFT WHEEL AND BRAKE SERVICING

We service wheels using only Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM), meaning that all parts retain traceability.

Dallas Centerline carbon disc brake overhauls include all makes and models. Also, both new and retreaded aviation tires can be serviced, including Bridgestone and Michelin.

Dallas Centerline overhaul a broad range of aircraft brakes, with a standard turn-time of 15 days, although times can be customized to suit specific customer requirements.

AIRCRAFT WHEEL AND BRAKE TESTING

Dallas Centerline warrant all repaired, overhauled and new wheels sold, repaired or overhauled to the original purchaser for one year. We have the capacity to work on every kind of aircraft brake.

We implement non-destructive testing of the following types:
