Bombardier has announced it will deliver two new entry long-range Global 5000 aircraft to ExecuJet Middle East of Dubai, UAE.

With the additional deliveries, ExecuJet’s fleet of Bombardier business aircraft in the region will reach 14 Learjet, Challenger and Global jets.

Bombardier Business Aircraft Middle East, Africa, Asia Pacific and China sales vice-president Khader Mattar said: "The business jet fleet in the Middle East has more than doubled in the past ten years, and our entry long-range Global 5000 jet is the most delivered large aircraft in the Middle East region.

"The Middle East is a key region for Bombardier, and we are delighted to see our market leadership, in terms of both share and installed base, strengthened further by these deliveries."

"Along with the growing trend towards ultra long-range aircraft in this region, we are experiencing an increased interest in ExecuJet’s aircraft management offering in the Middle East."

ExecuJet Middle East, which manages a Bombardier authorised service facility in Dubai, will provide aircraft management services for two new customers based in the region.

The facility specialises in the maintenance of Bombardier, Embraer and Hawker business jets.

ExecuJet Middle East vice-president Mike Berry said: "Along with the growing trend towards ultra long-range aircraft in this region, we are experiencing an increased interest in ExecuJet’s aircraft management offering in the Middle East.

"This success is a testament to our high levels of customer service, safety and quality."

ExecuJet reported a growth of more than 10% in its managed fleet in Europe with the addition of four large-cabin business jets and one helicopter.

The new aircraft are scheduled to commence operation from October until early next year.
