Satellite telecommunications company Intelsat intends to raise $350m through a public offering of convertible senior notes.

The notes will yield an annual interest rate of 4.5%, payable semi-annually until they mature in June 2025.

Intelsat has also unveiled plans to issue common shares through a public offering to raise $200m.

US-based mission management and space launch services provider Spaceflight has reached an agreement with Rocket Lab for the launch of three missions by the end of next year.

The satellite launches will be made from Rocket Lab Launch Complex 1 on the Māhia Peninsula in New Zealand.

RocketLab will launch the BlackSky microsat on its Electron launch vehicle in the second half of this year, as part of the agreement.

The second and third missions will involve the launch of Canon Electronic’s Earth observation satellite, as well as government and commercial satellites next year.

Singaporean aircraft leasing company Avation has signed an agreement with airBaltic for the lease of two Bombardier CS300 aircraft.

To be delivered directly to airBaltic from Bombardier’s manufacturing facility, the aircraft will serve the airline for a period of 12 years, under the lease agreement.

Airbus, Bombardier and Investissement Québec (IQ) have agreed to conclude the acquisition of C Series Aircraft Limited Partnership (CSALP).

Airbus will hold a majority stake in CSALP, upon completion of the deal.

CSALP will continue to operate from its headquarters in Mirabel, Québec, Canada.

Broadband and communication services provider ViaSat has purchased Horsebridge Defence and Security for an undisclosed sum.

The operations of Horsebridge will be integrated into Viasat, under the transaction.

The acquisition allows Viasat to strengthen its footprint in the UK defence market.

Spanish private equity firm GED Capital has completed the acquisition of a 51% stake in Habock Aviation Group.

The deal will enable Habcock to acquire aircraft leasing company Finance Copter and allow the company to expand its business in Italy, Peru, Colombia and Cuba through a buy and build strategy.
