Collins Aerospace in Singapore has awarded a two-year in-factory logistics support contract to global logistics and supply chain company CEVA Logistics.

The contract will see CEVA Logistics deliver various contract logistics services, including inbound receiving to inventory, pick and kit, as well as the outbound dispatch of overhaul aerospace parts.

CEVA will prioritise three main areas, namely power and control, mechanical and interiors.

These cover portable water systems, electrical systems, evacuation, engine control, actuation and flight control, lighting, air management systems, and cargo and hoist systems.

The company’s experienced employees with aerospace industry in-factory logistics knowledge will deliver the services.

The services will be deployed at Collins Aerospace’s Changi North site.
