RADA Electronic Industries will provide ground debriefing systems (GDS) for airborne digital video recordings to Lockheed Martin, under a contract signed as part of Lockheed’s F-16 block 52 US foreign military sales (FMS) programmes.

Under the $2.6m contract, RADA will supply systems such as digital video, audio and 3D flight reconstruction that are used for post-flight debriefings of digital recordings done onboard the aircraft.

The airborne recordings, selected by Lockheed Martin for F-16 FMS programmes three years ago, are done by RADA’s DVDR.

The GDSs will be delivered by 2010.
