Bombardier will offer ready access to parts for commercial aircraft operators in the Middle East through its existing parts depot at Dubai International Airport.

The facility, which services Learjet, Challenger and Global aircraft operators, will be equipped in the near future to meet the parts requirements for CRJ Series, Q-Series and eventually CSeries aircraft in the region.

Bombardier Aerospace customer services president James Hoblyn said the firm recognises how critical it is for customers to have support and parts available in their own region.

“This is another in a number of recent changes we have implemented to elevate our service around the globe,” he said.

The depot is run by Bombardier in conjunction with the ExecuJet Aviation Group since November 2005.
