Hawker Beechcraft have launched the new King Air C90GTx aircraft, an advanced version of the C90GTi model.

The C90GTx marks the eighth major King Air upgrade and includes an increase in gross weight and addition of composite winglets that improve climb performance and increase fuel efficiency.

The new aircraft features a 385lb increase each in maximum ramp weight to 10,545lb and maximum take-off weight to 10,485lb.

This addition in weight increases the full-fuel payload capability to over 750lb, and the range when carrying four passengers increases by over 200nm. It can seat up to seven passengers in its larger cabin space.

The C90GTx will be able to operate from remote, unimproved fields as easily as in congested terminal airspace, providing operators with the versatility to use airports inaccessible to most jets.
