GE’s commercial aircraft leasing and financing unit GE Capital Aviation Services (GECAS) has delivered two new Boeing 737-800 aircraft to Royal Air Maroc.

The Boeing 737-800 aircraft are the first of five new aircraft leased by GECAS to be delivered to the airline.

The aircraft features a CFMI CFM56-7 engine, offering a maximum thrust of 27,300lb, a maximum take-off weight of 79,010kg and a range of 3,115nm.

Royal Air Maroc operates a fleet of more than 55 aircraft to 83 destinations in Africa, Europe, Middle East and North America.
