Boeing subsidiary Aviall has extended its distribution agreement to provide spare parts product support to the Rolls-Royce M250 and RR300 engines operators worldwide.

The latest deal also includes exchange material and modules as well as electronic publications along with the newly added approval to sell new and used engines.

In addition, Aviall will continue to offer various services including parts sales and marketing, forecasting, inventory, order fulfilment and supply chain administration.

Aviall commercial engine and rotor-wing programmes vice-president Sheena Mitchell said: “The extension of this agreement builds upon our strong relationship with Rolls-Royce to provide unparalleled support to customers utilising M250 and RR300 platforms.

“Through our partnership, we will continue to utilise our integrated global distribution network to deliver significant low-cost solutions via our new, surplus and exchange material.

"Many industrial and manufacturing businesses rely heavily on a single piece of machinery or factory equipment for their ongoing profitability."

“Together, Aviall and Rolls-Royce offer innovative solutions that improve overall performance and reduce lifecycle costs for operators.”

The company has also collaborated with Rolls-Royce Fully Integrated Rolls-Royce Service Team (FIRST) network through its online platform to provide various other services for M250 and RR300 customers.

The services include parts repair, maintenance and warranty support at Rolls-Royce authorised engine overhaul shops and service facilities.

Last month, Aviall entered a distribution agreement with Triumph Group, covering spare parts for the Boeing, Airbus and Bombardier aircraft.
