Airbus has secured a flight hour services (FHS) tailored support package contract from Singapore Airlines to integrate and provide full component support, line and base airframe maintenance.

Under the contract, Airbus will provide fleet technical management services to 15 additional A330 aircraft ordered in September 2011.

Airbus’ FHS range from material supply and inventory provisioning, repair services, information systems, reliability optimisation, aircraft maintenance and fleet technical management.

The contract follows a similar FHS agreement signed in 2008 for 19 A330 aircraft, a components support agreement signed in 2007 for its A380 fleet, as well as a contract signed in 2010 for its five A340-500 aircraft.
