Aircraft manufacturing company Empresa Nacional Aeronautica de Chile (Enaer) has raised gross proceeds of $40m through issue of notes.

Due 2038, the notes will yield an annual interest rate of 4.75%.

Beijing Star Glory Space Technology has raised an undisclosed sum in a Series A funding round.

The latest round brings the total funds raised through external financing to RMB600m ($90.6m).

The company intends to use the proceeds to fund its research and development activities.

Based in China, Beijing Star Glory Space Technology is engaged in the development of engines and launchers for space missions.

L3 Technologies has acquired Applied Defense Solutions (ADS), a firm specialised in aerospace, software, and situational awareness, for $50m.

Both the companies involved in the transaction are based in the US.

ADS will be renamed L3 ADS, under the agreement.

L3 Technologies intends to enhance its space mission capabilities through the acquisition.

Singapore Technologies Engineering (ST Engineering) has disposed its 25% stake in Airbus Helicopters South East Asia (AHSA) to Airbus Helicopters SAS (Airbus Helicopters).

The purchase consideration for the acquisition is estimated at €9.12m ($10.63m), which will be paid in cash.

AHSA is a joint venture established by ST Engineering and Airbus Helicopters in 1977 to offer helicopter sales, repair and overhaul services.

Centerbridge Partners and Reservoir Capital Group have agreed to acquire a minority stake in Amedeo Capital.

Amedeo will also invest in Intrepid Aviation Holdings Group (Intrepid) and acquire its US-based management subsidiary.

The investment is being made as part of a strategic partnership between Amedeo and Intrepid for the latter to obtain management and aircraft support services of the former.

Intrepid will be rebranded and continue its operations in Ireland.
