Deals this week: Monarch, Boeing, DiSTI


Monarch Holdings has selected AerData’s Secure Technical Records for Electronic Asset Management (STREAM) for the transition of leased aircraft.

AerData STREAM and transition services will allow for the efficient transition of 36 Airbus A320 aircraft and easy remarketing by carriers and lessors.

Boeing has secured an order worth $1.12bn from Japan Investment Adviser (JIA) for ten 737 MAX 8 aircraft.

The new aircraft to be supplied under the deal are expected to increase JIA’s fleet of next-generation aircraft.

JIA, through its JP Lease Products & Services division, manages a fleet of approximately 60 aircraft, including Boeing 737 and 777 aircraft.

US-based DiSTI Corporation and Peak Pacific have entered a deal to provide virtual 3D training solutions based on software as a service (SaaS) for cargo carriers, commercial airlines, and training companies.

The partnership will use Peak Pacific’s SaaS technology and DiSTI’s virtual 3D technology to deliver competency / evidence-based training (C/EBT) (CLEAR) for training applications.
