The operator has selected the BroadWorks platform to expand Telekom Slovenia’s portfolio of fixed, mobile, Internet and integrated telecommunication applications to include in-demand enterprise services such as video, call centre and messaging.

BroadWorks will enable Telekom Slovenia to deliver enhanced call centre capabilities, front office/auto-attendant tools, and unified messaging, voicemail, voicemail to email.

In addition, the IP Centrex service will enable the operator to support integrated communications for multi-location enterprises.
