AIRCRAFT SEAT DRESS COVERS

Mexmil produces aircraft seat dress covers for all aircraft seats, including cockpit and attendant seating. Using proprietary pattern-making skills and computer-controlled cutters, Mexmil has earned 'dock-to-stock' status with both seat OEM and aircraft operator customers.

AIRCRAFT CARPET KITS

We also supply carpet kits cut and surged to specific aircraft layouts that are digitally controlled for the customers we serve. Significant investment in computer controlled thermo-forming machines and implementation of AS9100 quality standards allow us to supply plastic components of the highest quality for seats, galleys and lavatories.

CUSTOMIZED AIRCRAFT-INSULATION SOLUTIONS

Our global engineering staff – the largest in the industry – constantly investigates new manufacturing technologies and installation methods to increase performance while reducing cost and weight. AIRCRAFT INSULATION FABRICATION

The Mexmil Company operates the world's largest manufacturing facility for aircraft insulation fabrication; it is 25,000m². It houses state-of-the-art equipment and staffing resources to provide changes, expedites or AOGs without disruption.

Continuous manufacturing-process improvement provides cost and quality improvements through LEAN manufacturing techniques, ensuring we react quickly to your needs.

PHYSICAL AND FLAMMABILITY TESTING

The Mexmil Company has had no warranty claims in the last five years, because we meet AS / EN 9100 standards. Our quality system has been approved by both Airbus and Boeing.

100% in-process inspection and very high sampling rates for final inspection mean all our products are tested substantially beyond the requirements of AS9100 standards. Physical and flammability testing is always to ASTM, Airbus, Boeing and FAA / EASA specific test requirements.
