Thermal Ceramics-Thermally Efficient, High Temperature Aerospace Insulation Systems

Thermal Ceramics microporous insulation products are used to solve thermal management challenges, high vibration, and space and weight constraints in such aerospace applications as Flight Data Recorders (FDRs), Auxillary Power Unit (APU) enclosures, and the engine nacelle.

Flexible Min-K is a composite of both a lower thermal conductivity microporous core and a higher thermal conductivity textile. As overall product thickness increases (while textile thickness is maintained) the composite thermal conductivity will decrease.
