DEPAINTING, PEENING, BLAST CLEANING AND SURFACE-PREPARATION EQUIPMENT

Over the decades Granowski has been servicing Australian heavy industries – such as the automotive, aerospace, foundry and forge, general manufacturing, and construction industries – with air and airless blast and peening machines, degreasing and hot-wash equipment, and foundry sand mixing, cooling and reclaiming equipment.

AIR BLAST, WHEEL BLAST AND WET BLAST MACHINES

The manufacture of aircraft engines, parts and panels require accurate preparation for commercial use. A high percentage of aircraft require shot blasting or shot peening during the manufacturing or overhaul processes to give external parts a smooth aerodynamic finish and to increase the strength and quality of the engine parts.

Granowski machines achieve excellent results for shot-blasting (shot peening) of aircraft components, and are currently used in preparing aircraft components at Ansett ANA, Hawker De Havilland, CAC, Qantas, Government Aircraft Factory (GAF), Boeing Sydney, HDH and other aerospace facilities around Australia.

For the finishing of aircraft parts and panels, Granowski supplies air blast machines, wheel blast machines and wet blast machines.

AIR BLAST MACHINES

Our range of air blast machines (for air blast rooms) can:

WHEEL BLAST MACHINES

• Surface preparation of wings, engines and other components prior to bonding, painting and coating
