QAPS has, over the last nine years, built a reputation for high quality and dedicated paintjobs. As a specialist we offer maximum flexibility and a turnkey project approach, from design to the technical services required after painting.

As a member of the STTS group, our service range has been extended from the Cessna Citation series to Airbus A340s and Boeing 747s, with paint facilities in France, Spain and the Netherlands.

Our aircraft portfolio includes:

  • Private and corporate or VIP aircraft
  • Newly built aircraft

Every painted aircraft is provided with a warranty period of up to two years.

IN-HOUSE AIRCRAFT PAINTING

We offer a permanent and highly trained staff with a wealth of experience, as well as in-house experience with both painting of newly built aircraft and maintenance painting.

SPECIFIC AIRCRAFT PAINTING FACILITIES

The facilities are situated in several specific different maintenance centres. There is ample availability of highly trained and licensed staff in the vicinity to support your aircraft with the technical services.

AIRCRAFT PAINT REPORTS

Our paint reports contain findings during aircraft inspections, such as layer thickness; results from paint peel tests; environmental conditions (such as temperature and humidity) during the painting process and drying of the paint systems; paint certificates; and any irregularities found.

CERTIFICATIONS

The members of the STTS Group consistently focus on quality, safety and the environment, and have the following industry certifications:

  • ISO 9001 version 2000
  • FAR 145
  • NEN 14000
  • AIRBUS in-house qualification

FACILITY LOCATIONS

Our facilities in France include:

  • Le Bourget – two facilities for private jets up to Challengers / Dassault Falcons
  • Orly – one facility (in close cooperation with AFI / KLM) for aircraft up to the Airbus A340
  • Blagnac – one facility specialised in the Airbus 320 family, and two facilities for the painting of newly built Airbus aircraft (A320s and A330s)
  • Marseille – one facility for Eurocopter helicopters

In the Netherlands, we have two facilities in Amsterdam for regional jets up to Boeing 737 classics, and larger private jets (GV and global). Our United Kingdom location in Southampton deals with Airbus A320 wings.

Our two Spanish facilities in San Pablo are for all turboprops, whilst in Sevilla we maintain new and VIP aircraft up to Boeing 767s.
