TYRE X-RAY SYSTEMS

We provide reliable x-ray systems for PCR and TBR tyres from 12in to 27in, as well as SuperSingle truck tyres 495/45 R 22,5 and for heavy-duty tyres up to 1,500kg weight and 42in. Our capabilities range from laboratory and tyre-development systems to fully integrated machinery with cycle times down to 20 seconds per tyre for highest throughput.

Collmann's systems enable automatic tyre identification by barcode or a combined measuring / centering station for mixed-feed use. Our services are proven and reliable, as well as low maintenance, delivering swift in-service times. The machinery offers clear tyre images from bead to bead, and we supply adoptable software tools for automatic tyre defect recognition.

AUTOMATIC TYRE MEASUREMENT SYSTEMS

We provide automatic tyre measurement for PCR and TBR tyres from 12in to 24.5in. Collmann utilises Radial RunOut (RRO) and Lateral RunOut (LRO) measuring systems. The equipment performs the recognition of bulges and dents, and machines are available as stand-alone, semi-automatic or fully automatic, and in-line systems for final finishing of tyres. Customers also receive a choice of capacitive, laser or contact sensors.

TYRE RETREADING SYSTEMS

Collmann offers the complete line of key equipment to the tyre retreading industry, for truck, bus and, in particular, aircraft tyres. We supply buffing machines, which range from template controlled to fully computerised, these are also available free programmable and with networking stations.

Collmann operates a special aircraft tyre buffing machine with fully automatic flat-spot handling for even distribution of residual rubber around the complete tyre circumference. Additionally, optional manual (hand) buffing units are available for all machines. The equipment provides pressure testers for carcass pre-inspection plus visual inspection equipment, and is proven and reliable.

TYRE TESTING EQUIPMENT

We provide tyre testing equipment for tyres from 12in to 24.5in. These include pressure testers, visual inspection equipment and inspection of incoming carcasses.
