WELDING TECHNOLOGY FOR ENGINEERING PROJECTS

We are specialized in meeting high standard welding requirements, as for example safety- and heavily stressed parts in aerospace, railway technology and nuclear engineering. We are certified and licensed to provide ideal solutions within the framework of project management and engineering projects. For aerospace engineering, we are Nadcap AS7110 certified.

We provide consultation and full project assistance up to the punctual delivery of job lot and mass productions, with high demands on the quality of semis and components.

We offer aluminium, magnesium, titanium, high-grade steel, special materials and quality and precision for aviation.

MATERIALS TESTING

ALMECON are able to provide complete non-destructive and destructive testing of single and standard parts with our range of equipment, including the relevant testing documentation.

Our testing capabilities include fluoroscopy, with a digital image optimizer and a memory unit with online data transfer. We also provide flaw detection installation with a fluorescent crack detecting agent, and penetration pool of 1.6m by 1.4m. Our materials technology expert is approved by the Chamber of Commerce and Industry, and has the capacity to offer welding technology for non-ferrous metals. We also offer the entire spectrum, of destructive testing.

ALMECON meets the needs of customers from a range of industries, and we have the expertise to meet specific requirements promptly and economically.

PIPING AND BENDING EQUIPMENT

We also offer competent piping and bending technology, to help us meet your requirements. ALMECON manufacture pipes with a CNC-controlled five axis multi-radius pipe-bending machine for mass production.

Our equipment has a bending range to fit a pipe diameter of up to 25mm, with a length of up to 1.500mm.

ALMECON also provide a full procurement service for the following semis and components,
