The board of Priority Aero Maintenance AB ("Priority") has appointed Pether Wallin (53) as president and chief executive officer. During the last twelve months Pether Wallin has been working as an independent consultant with management issues and board assignments. From 2002 to December 2008 Pether was president and CEO of EuroMaint AB, a company active within the field of tailored maintenance and technical support primarily in rail traffic, but also for the engineering and processing industries.

Pether, with a Master of Science degree from Chalmers University of Technology in Gothenburg, has in addition to his employment at EuroMaint worked at OmniNova, Hydro Raufoss Automotive and Volvo Car Corporation. Pether Wallin succeeds Lennart Lundh, who last year successfully led Priority through a company Reorganization. The Reorganization commenced late 2008 and ended in October 2009. Lennart has in an excellent way along with members of the Executive management and very skilled staff of employees completed a turned-around of Priority.

"It is time to hand over to a new CEO who can aggressively develop Priority’s strategic position, customer offering and market presence", says Lennart Lundh. "The focus and strategy will be developed. We will continue our determined work to increase the availability, reliability and longevity of our customers' aircraft fleet, "says Pether Wallin. "I want to thank Lennart for his contribution and I wish Pether very welcome to a company that during the past months has demonstrated a very good development. There is still very much to do and we have a very exciting future ahead of us, "said Board Chairman Håkan Johansson.
