Aviaservices is a state-of-the-art EASA 145 repair and overhaul facility. The company consists of purpose built workshops, situated in Manston, adjacent to Kent International airport. Aviaservices specialise in the repair and overhaul of safety equipment, wheels and brakes, avionics, catering and cargo equipment, and cabin interior refurbishment.

The company is housed in a 96,000 square foot facility with CCTV and swipe card entry to ensure the security of the premises and the contents of the building.

Aircraft safety equipment

Aviaservices has capability to repair and overhaul life rafts, escape slides, life jackets, cylinders and oxygen bottles. Aviaservices also have full hydrostatic testing capability. Our current product range includes Boeing and Airbus.

Aircraft wheels and brakes

Aviaservices has capability to repair and overhaul wheels, steel brakes and carbon brakes. At Aviaservices we have the latest dry strip technology and paint facility. We also have full non-destructive testing capability (NDT) including liquid penetrant (fluorescent), magnetic particle, electromagnetic (eddy current). Our scope includes BF Goodrich, Honeywell, Dunlop, and Messier Bugatti products.

Avionics equipment

Aviaservices has capability to repair and overhaul an extensive range of avionic equipment including, reprogramming and inspection of ELT’s (same day service) battery replacement. Ovens, water heaters, beverage makers, batteries, boilers, interior and exterior lighting, headsets, handsets megaphones, and navigation/strobe lighting.

Aircraft catering and cargo equipment

Aviaservices has capability to repair and overhaul a broad range of galley, catering and cargo equipment. We are a designated new build assembly facility for major OEM’s ULD’s. Aviaservices has the ability to repair and overhaul ULD’s, pallets, and catering equipment. We offer long and short term storage and leasing service accompanied by fast and reliable logistic solutions using dedicated transport. Aviaservices keep stock of PMC, PAG and FQA pallets and nets.

Aircraft cabin interiors

Aviaservices provides a complete and unrivalled service for the repair, overhaul, refurbishment and reconfiguration of seating and passenger interiors. We have highly skilled and experienced technicians able to replace, repair and support Interior maintenance programs, including soft furnishings and carpet installation. Teams deployed at short notice for rectification and solutions.
