Mark IV Luminator - Interior and Exterior Lighting for Aircrafts

Mark IV Luminator is a division of Mark IV Industries, which designs and manufactures interior and exterior aircraft lighting, including landing and searchlights.

Our interior lighting includes cabin, general illumination, mood lighting, EGRESS, dome, ordinance signs, passenger information signs, cockpit, cargo and night-vision applications. The exterior lighting includes landing, searchlight, anti-collision, position, navigation, wingtip markers and de-icing lights.

Our searchlight product line consist of HID / IR, single sealed beam, tri-mode halogen and a dual-mode halogen / IR, plus various derivates.

ENHANCED CABIN LIGHTING SYSTEM (ECLS)

Our highly advanced, highly engineered ECLS is the premier 100% LED light in the marketplace, giving airlines the perfect opportunity to replace fluorescent cabin lighting system and use newer LED technology. It provides multi-spectral light with high-quality white light. Our current MTBF exceeds 150,000 hours.

The Operator Interface Panel (OIP) runs pre-set and custom transitional sequence software using any color and intensity.

PASSENGER SERVICE UNITS

Luminator's Passenger Service Units (PSU) are a lean design which houses an LED and NVIS compatible reading light with an even-distribution air gasper. The PSU has a pilot / attendant call lighted button and a pilot override function.

LED READING LIGHT

Our sleek single high-intensity LED lamp requires only low power and maintenance, and fits existing fixtures with or without night-vision capabilities.

LED LOW PROFILE LIGHTS

Our low profile galley light provides more counter top space and requires low power, low heat and virtually no maintenance. The design fits within the traditional aircraft honeycomb and is significantly safer than ballast-driven fluorescent fixtures. This sleek light provides a great deal of light from a small fixture and comes in 5in, 7in and 10in with a dimming option; 28VDC and 115 VAC.

LED INTERIOR LIGHT

This little LED light can replace traditional incandescent or halogen lighting. Usually used to illuminate steps and stairs, it also serves for any area requiring a burst of light.

LED SEAT PROXIMITY LIGHTS

The emergency seat-mounted marker lights replace the current floor track emergency lighting. The light is mounted within the seat, and lenses are available in clear, red, translucent white or custom colors.

LED ORDINANCE SIGNS

Our vast array of LED ordinance signs can communicate any message to passengers and crew. The signs have a solid dead front when not illuminated to reduce distraction or confusion. We can produce any message or symbol on a universal mounting with housing in either aluminum or polycarbonate.

LED EXIT IDENTIFIER FLOOD LIGHT

Our LED exit light is made from durable polycarbonate housing with a diffused lens. It can fit any electrical requirement, with custom messages or symbols in any language.

COMPACT LED UTILITY LIGHT AND HIGH-INTENSITY LED CARGO LIGHT

Our compact LED utility light and high-intensity LED cargo lights, ideal for both airplanes and helicopters, withstand the harsh conditions of the cargo / freight environment. The lens allows the LED light source to illuminate wide areas through a proprietary three-ring prismatic pattern lens.

DUAL-MODE GOOSENECK LIGHT

Our rugged metal dual-mode gooseneck light can be installed anywhere in any vehicle. It includes an on / off toggle switch and dimmer control, and is compatible with night-vision goggles.

HID / IR LED DUAL-MODE SEARCHLIGHT

The HID / IR LED searchlight is ideal for both standard and IR covert operations. It delivers the strongest lamp available while remaining compatible with MIL-L-81174/2B2. Instantaneous switching from white to IR ensures no downtime.

SINGLE SEALED BEAM SEARCHLIGHT

This is the original 'base line' searchlight; the sealed beam is available in incandescent or HID variants.

TRI-MODE HALOGEN SEARCHLIGHT

The tri-mode halogen searchlight allows switching from white light to IR without a need to rotate the fixture. It is compatible with MIL-L-81174/2B2.
