Features such as thirty-two color blending presets, 100% dimming capability and real-time color and intensity feedback make the EMTEQ Quasar System our most appealing and innovative LED Wash Lighting product yet.
The Quasar Lighting System has been designed to accommodate Business, VIP/VVIP and First Class Cabins. The lights themselves are controlled by a compact, lightweight LCU (Lighting Control Unit). Individual Light Segments can be interconnected, in series of up to 12 foot sections with lights carrying the control signal internally to minimize the number of LCUs needed. Each lighting section can interface directly with an aircraft's 28VDC power supply with one LCU controlling approximately 100-125' of lighting as well as an option for independent lighting zone control.
Other attractive system features include: use of light mixing optics to prevent streaking or color reflections, sunrise/sunset mode capability and compatibility with most Cabin Management Systems. The Quasar Full Spectrum Mood Lighting System is not a hybrid system but comprised 100% of LED lights.
