Adder - Aircraft Cabin Movable Dividers and Stowage Galleys

Adder has manufactured aircraft interiors for a broad range of aircraft. The company specialises in movable class dividers, stowages, coatrooms, VCC stowage, galleys and partitions.

Adder movable class dividers enable quick and effortless displacement by cabin attendants. They have automatic video and passenger signs connection, with two 10.4in video LCD monitors (fully ARINC compatible). This product offers easy maintenance with flush-to-cabin integrated sliding rails, whilst completely freeing overhead stowage compartments.

AIRCRAFT CABIN MOVABLE CLASS DIVIDERS (MCD)

The Addiv class divider from Adder was developed and patented to replace the usual three-beam MCD with a more flexible and easy to use single-beam system. Adder has manufactured quality MCDs since 1976, with the creation of the first ever model of the product (Air Inter Mercure 100 MCD) meaning that the latest design incorporates 30 years of experience.

Addiv is a single beam covering the entire cabin width and sliding on luggage bin integrated rails. The sliding rails are located between PSU panels and the handrail, and integrate the cabin contour without any protruding element.

The sliding rails include cams at each seat row where the divider has to be stopped; these cams include an electrical and video connector which powers the passenger signs and the video LCDs on each lateral part of the MCD beam, allowing placement of the divider at any seat row along the cabin.

Further changes in the seat arrangement are simply approached by moving the cams along the rails. Over the entire single aisle Airbus range the rails can be installed all along the luggage bins and the divider placed in this section except at some restricted areas, such as cabin sensors, exits and MCD extraction zones. The Addiv MCD is available for both new aircraft and for retrofit.

AIRCRAFT STOWAGE GALLEYS

Adder manufactures a range of galleys for aircraft stowage. Our B737 aircraft stowage galley is designed to stow three full size trolleys and is equipped with an aluminium dustbin. This galley is constructed from lightweight sandwich panels. We also produce the G2A/B galley, for use on the Airbus A340-300. This galley is located under stowage bin on the left or right hand side of the aircraft. Fixation is achieved via six floor fittings attached to the seat rails.

The Adder S4 stowage system is installed on the Airbus A310 aircraft. This stowage system can contain two half-trolleys and has one of its panels acting as a partition. This stowage workface has a marble aspect.

STOWAGE ASSEMBLY SYSTEM

Adder's S3AV4 stowage assembly system is installed on the Airbus A340-300 aircraft. This galley is located at the centre of the aircraft, and stows two half-size trolleys and two service tables, allowing provision for two literature pockets. V4 can handle 25kg of clothes on each rod and 25kg of luggage on the floor of each compartment.

COAT STOWAGE

Adder also provides a coat stowage galley for use on B747 aircraft. Its location is under the stowage bin at almost any station, and it is fixed to seat rails. This galley hold loads of up to 100kg.

LATERAL CART STOWAGE

The Adder stowage and doghouse are installed on the Airbus A340 aircraft. They can be installed anywhere on the aircraft against another stowage or galley, or even just alone. Fixation is achieved via four floor fittings attached to the seat rails for the newspaper cart stowage, and through two quick change fittings for the doghouse. Lateral cart stowage contains two carts (of 30kg capacity) and three for the centre stowage (with a 45kg capacity).
