ACM's speciality lies in custom-designed seatcovers for aircraft seats and the overhaul and upgrade of existing aircraft seats. From design and prototyping to on-site upholstering and delivery of documentation, ACM cover the full spectrum of aircraft seating.

OVERHAUL / UPGRADE OF AIRCRAFT SEATS

One of our key strengths is the complete overhaul / upgrade of existing aircraft seats, from design through manufacture of new seat upholstery and covers, to upholstering and fabric covering on site.

Our aircraft seat overhaul / upgrade service has frequently enabled an economy class fleet to be turned into a business class configuration through ergonomic designs and the optimisation of comfort and weight, and at no more cost than the routine exchange of upholstery and dress covers.

MODIFICATION OF PASSENGER SEATS

ACM can take care of your personnel seat-upgrade program, through the development of new cushions and covers for the same price as a standard refurbishing. You have just to provide us with one of your current seats for us to make a proposal / prototype to you.

MODIFICATION OF PILOT AND CREW SEATS

In the event of a necessary seat overhaul, ACM manufactures new cushions, covers in fabric, leather or sheepskin. It includes a painting of structure, renewing armcaps, etc.

CABIN MODIFICATIONS FOR GENERAL / VIP / EXECUTIVE AVIATION

ACM takes care of all your wishes and needs, to enable you to enjoy your time on board. Our specialists can renew your interior with the finest materials.

CABIN MAINTENANCE CERTIFICATION / DOCUMENTATION

All our works and services, in scope of a necessary cabin maintenance will be delivered, with JAR/FAR 25.853a,b, / ABD 0031.
