New Compact 5 volt MIL-STD-1553 Transformer, DSS-3305

Beta Transformer Technology Corporation, the leader in Military and High Reliability Aerospace Magnetics, is introducing the DSS-3305. The DSS-3305 provides the smallest footprint dual channel transformer on the market, while satisfying the maximum height limit of 0.185” (4.7mm). It is the smallest 2 channel transformer solution for VME boards.
The DSS-3305 is designed for 5V MIL-STD-1553 transceivers. This dual ratio transformer enables board layouts to accommodate both transformer coupled (Turns Ratio 1:1.79) and direct coupled (Turns Ratio 1:2.5) applications and meets all the requirements of the MIL-PRF-21038 specification. It operates over the full Mil-temp range of -55°C to +130°C.
