Airworthiness management software for aircraft

AMC’s approved procedures are set up to be easily tailored for your specific needs, which together with our AMC-Maintenance Pack® software and experienced and flexible team allows us to offer affordable and prompt solutions.

AMC-Maintenance Pack may be consulted and operated over the Internet, allowing us to manage your fleet from our Paris offices, wherever your operation may be based.

In return, all the reports or statuses you may need at any time can be edited directly from any computer connected to the Internet, or we can assist you and provide them to your e-mail address.

Aircraft surveys and airworthiness reviews

Being EASA Part M Sub Part I approved, AMC has the ability to carry out airworthiness reviews to issue or extend the airworthiness review certificates of aircraft operated within EASA’s jurisdiction.

For those aircraft that have been operated or stored outside a controlled environment, including the aircraft operated by an operator outside of EASA’s jurisdiction, AMC has the privilege to conduct airworthiness reviews in order to determine the aircraft compliance with an approved type-design and with the applicable maintenance, repairs and modifications regulatory requirements.

Working knowledge of regulatory requirements in regards to the issuance of an aircraft export certificate of airworthiness allows us to determine all discrepancies which would prevent the interested party in obtaining one.

Our reports will, in accordance with your needs, determine all the modifications, inspections or any other work needed to be performed on the aircraft in order to meet specific regulatory requirements or contractual obligations.

Management of the aircraft phase-in / out process

Process of an aircraft transfer from one fleet to another is an occasional operation that neither lessors nor airlines always handle with all the attention it deserves.

AMC is experienced and has the means to manage the transfer of the various aircraft models from one registration to another, while organising the whole process of obtaining the certificate of airworthiness from the country of import, following the issuance of the certificate of airworthiness for export from the country exporting the aircraft.

Don’t hesitate to subcontract to us the management of all or part of the transferring or returning process, including:

• Request for the certificate of airworthiness for export
• Inspection of records and the aircraft in order to assess whether they meet the requirements for the certificate of airworthiness of the importing country
• Assessing modifications which are missing on the aircraft in order to meet the specific airworthiness authorities' type certificate datasheet
• Assessing of the modifications which are missing on the aircraft in order to meet the specific operational requirements of the country or the world region the aircraft is going to operate in
• Assessing aircraft airworthiness in accordance with the EASA or any other regulatory authority
• Negotiation, implementation and/or monitoring of the lease agreement clauses and requirements

AMC can ultimately organise the implementation and certification of any work or modification needed for specific aircraft.

Set-up of aircraft maintenance structures

Together with our EASA 145-approved partners companies we are able, through the geographical extension of their approval, to set up a complete aircraft maintenance structure in a very short time, and make it acceptable to airworthiness authorities of any country your aircraft may be registered in.

Such an approach in a start-up phase or ad hoc operations of an airline will save immense time and costs and allow its management to concentrate on all other commercial and operational problems.

Once the operation has started, we can assist the airline in gradually taking over the control of their aircraft maintenance by putting in place in-house maintenance, logistic and engineering departments of the highest standards.
